MUSIC MINISTRY: We strive to keep the church up to date with music that is selected by our Minister of Music. We believe that souls will be saved through the Ministry of music and while entertaining the church is not a principal goal of our music, we do believe that entertaining the church with music is a religious method of glorifying God in the process. NURSE MINISTRY:  We see our primary role in the church as supporting the health needs of our parishioners and we do this by providing health information and offering proper medical advice when advisable. We minister emergency first aid when necessary, during worship, until medical authorities arrive.

PASTORAL LOVE COMMITTEE: 

This committee is responsible for the comfort and well being of the Bishop and Pastor.
In looking after their general welfare, we focus on significant occasions and dates in their lives.

POETRY CLUB: 

Our mission is to win souls for Christ by spreading the gospel of Christ through poetry. 
Poetry is found in the book of Psalms and many other places in the Bible.

PRAISE AND WORSHIP MINISTRY:

We consider the Praise and Worship team as our leaders in praise. 
They are the Levites of our church in leading us into Praise and Worship.
These leaders are also members of other choirs.

PRISON MINISTRY: The vision of this ministry is to provide outreach to the incarcerated by conducting Bible studies and worship services in the prisons.  This will foster spiritual awareness and growth to those individuals while they are inside. Also this is an excellent opportunity to develop relationships with them so that they will be encouraged to continue their spiritual walk upon their release. SCHOLARSHIP COMMITTEE:  The scholarship committee was created to promote academic excellence within Grace Cathedral and this committee is open to members who would like to participate in this endeavor. We sponsor church services to raise scholarship proceeds for members who will graduate from high school, middle school, and elementary school.

SECURITY MINISTRY:

This team is a highly dedicated group of members who know and understands the vision of this church.  While we trust fully and completely in God and His concerns for us, we understand that we must be
vigilant at all times and watch for the security of our premises and membership

SINGLE, SAVED AND SATISFIED: 

This ministry is to encourage our unmarried
people to stay saved and become involved in positive activities.  We believe
that putting God first in all things He will provide our every need.  We
sponsor activities such as shopping trips and plays.  All things, which are
positive and encouraging while we wait or anticipate changes in our lives as
it relates to companionship.

SAVE OUR SANITY (S.O.S.):

S.O.S. is a creative and innovative program that provides support and encouragement to children (ages 6-13) with special needs and their parents as well.  We cover Oppositional Defiance Disorders, Autism, Pervasive Developmental Disorder and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder.  Activites include: Socialization Skills, Playtime, Arts and Crafts, Snacks, Clean Up Time, Free Play and Trips.  There are no fees for this program.

SUNDAY NURSERY: The Sunday nursery is for small children; children are watched and taken care of by volunteers during Worship time in our Day Care area. We ask for parents who utilize this service to give back by offering their services at times to watch over the kids when their help is required. SUNDAY SCHOOL MINISTRY:  The Sunday School ministry of Grace Cathedral seeks to provide a biblical program of study that will produce well educated, spiritually equipped children of God. Our main objective is to teach biblical principles that will enable each student to become a disciple reach the lost. SUNDAY SCHOOL SAVINGS:  This program was created to foster and encourage fiscal and financial responsibilities to children at an early age. Children are encouraged to save money whenever they would like through this program and collect interest on their savings.

USHERS:

Our work begins and continues throughout the entire worship experience. Often we are the very first church members that visitor see when they come to the House of God. We welcome the opportunity to give them the first spiritual touch as they enter the House. We stand ready to greet each and every one with a smile and holy handshake.

VAN MINISTRY:

The main purpose of our Van ministry is to be a blessing by providing transportation to those parishioners who don't have any means of getting to the House of the Lord. Our scheduled transportation days are Sunday, Tuesday, and Friday.

WITNESS TEAM MINISTRY: 

Our witness team takes the gospel of Jesus Christ to the streets.
When weather allows, we go door-to-door giving out the Word of God and encouraging the recipients to visit our church.

WOMEN'S INTERNATIONAL COUNCIL: 

Every woman from ages 1 to 101 is a member of our council. We are the supporting arms for all other women ministries in Grace Cathedral. Our annual Woman's Retreat every Labor Day weekend prepares us for the spiritual and natural prosperity that we desire in the upcoming year.

YOUTH MINISTRY:  

We see our main mission in the Youth for Christ as reinforcing what is taught in our Sunday School as well as what we learn in our church. We aim to keep our young people occupied with good, healthy,
constructive activities that will keep them covered under the blood of the Lord Jesus Christ. We do this by putting together programs and trips for each group.
